Workshop Information
Alan Hext, who has over 40 years' experience teaching Zero Balancing internationally, is returning to Edinburgh this October to teach the Core ZB II material.
Alan is author of a book on Zero Balancing, entitled Structural Energetics in Zero Balancing Bodywork, published by Singing Dragon, 2020. Alan is an excellent practitioner and teacher of both Zero Balancing and Traditional Acupuncture.
In this workshop, you will review and deepen your understanding of the Core ZB I material, as well as learn the additional hands-on work to complete the Core Zero Balancing Protocol. This additional work includes new fulcrums for:
- The hip
- The pelvis
- The feet
- The skull, and
- The neck
As with the ZB I workshop, feedback and learning from exchanges with other students and teachers is an integral part of learning Zero Balancing and will feature heavily in this workshop.
Alan will be assisted by four certified Zero Balancers who are training to become teachers, so you will be supported by an experienced team as you develop your touch skills and integral understanding. A Zero Balancing workshop is an experience of learning through the discovery and embodiment of Zero Balancing principles.
Snacks and drinks will be provided, however you will need to source your own lunch. There are plenty of cafés and eateries within walking distance of the venue.
The venue is a 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station, a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Bus Station, a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Picardy Place) and a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Elm Row). If you're coming from the airport then the tram is by far the best way to get to the venue.
